What is Embodied Flow? Think of it as a practice based on somatic enquiry and curiosity rather than a dogmatic, rule-based approach.

I love to guide you into the intuitive - into a flow with your own rhythm - and remind you that you are the expert when it comes to your body!

Find a range of classes here to suit different levels of experience and varying time constraints - all shared with a nurturing, inclusive tone that speaks to my desire to make you feel at home in your body.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy yoga does not need to be dull! It is a potent time to connect to your intuition, sense into your own aliveness and that of your baby.

I care deeply about pregnancy yoga being a joyful and creative way to find space and build strength in your body as you share it with your growing bump.

Here you will find nourishing flows to ease aches, support and prepare your pelvis and body for birth and - arguably most importantly - practice deeply relaxing and letting go.

Meet Jocie…

Yoga for me has been over a decade of exploration, personal growth, true, soul-singing fulfilment and of course, moments of challenge and self-doubt. My personal practice - and therefore my teaching - has reached a placed that feels reassuringly authentic and deliciously inspiring. Whether I am guiding a flow class, a pregnancy class or a postnatal session, I aim to weave the same thread of self-enquiry, whole-body listening and creative sequencing, to give you a sense of returning home to your perfect wholeness.
